Why we build these tools
Most financial decisions come down to a number you cannot easily picture: what a rate rise does to your repayments, what a pay rise actually leaves in your pocket, or what a small monthly deposit turns into after twenty years. These tools exist to make those numbers visible before you commit, not after, and to take the admin off your desk once you have. They are free to use, we do not ask for your details to see a result, and nothing you enter leaves your browser.
Using the results
Every calculator here produces an estimate based on the assumptions you enter, and the invoice generator formats what you type without checking it. Real lender assessments, tax assessments and investment returns depend on details a calculator cannot see, including your full financial position, lender policy and the specific product you choose. Treat the output as a starting point for a conversation rather than a quote, and talk to us when you want the numbers checked against your actual situation.
